Once your deposit has been paid and booking confirmed there will be no refund unless we cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances.
Balance will be paid 1 calendar month before your visit/event date.
Our cctv cameras in the mill record 24hrs a day with excellent night vision. By booking your event here and attending you are agreeing that you and your team/guests waive all rights for your images and video footage to be used by Chirk Mill Paranormal how ever we choose including advertising and social media.

You will receive a full refund should we have to cancel your visit/event. due to unforeseen circumstances.
If you choose the overnight stay option you are agreeing to bring your own sleeping bags, bedding and pillows for the caravan and should you need more accommodation you will erect your own tent on the space shown to you by your host on arrival. It will be extremely cold in the winter, bring extra layers, gloves and woolly hats.
No drugs or alcohol is permitted at Chirk Mill Paranormal. We will ask you to leave without refund if we believe you are under the influence of either.
No smoking or vaping is permitted in any of the buildings on Chirk Mill grounds. A specific smoking area will be shown to you outside by the baseroom.
No person is permitted beyond the perimeter roped area of lights around the back area of the mill.
Please ensure your team/guests have sensible footwear, warm clothing and bring a torch to navigate around the mill and the grounds.
Teams, event organisers and all guests that attend Chirk Mill do so at their own risk and we cannot accept responsibility for any accidents or damage to persons or personal belongings. Cars are parked at the owners risk
You are agreeing to take full responsibility for any adverse effects caused by your participation in an investigation at Chirk Mill. Any person/person caught or thought to be staging any fake activity will be asked to leave without refund.
